well its just the frame so it would prolly only cost 20 bucks to get out to u. yeah i can understand about riding it first but everyone that has ever ridin it says its the most nible bike they have ever riden.

Putting on a longer travel fork is going to mess up the bike. It's going to make it handle horribly. The Pike is enough for that bike. That frame isn't designed for 8inch travel forks

The landing in the front is the jump that you posted a link to. As you already know, that is a double.
If you look at the direction of the berm in the foreground you can see that it is right-hand down.
Now for the picture of the spine:

You can see the SAME landing as the picture above in the middle right. From that landing you take the right-hand down berm into the roller then onto the spine.
I know that you were confused so I am "unconfusing" you.

you mean give it more lip, steeper? That's what i am doing right now so I don't have to pump over the jump
